We can offer refunds within 14 days of purchase, under the following conditions: We offer a full 100% refund on all stock items that have not been used or altered and are in their original packaging.

• Portable Catios that have been unboxed but not assembled can be returned in their original packaging for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Assembled or otherwise used catios, are not able to be returned for a refund.

Therefore if you accidently over order on accessories that you don't end up using, you can return them for a full refund. Return Shipping is at the buyers expense.

Any items deemed faulty will be accepted for a full refund once the goods have been returned and assessed. Please contact us sales@catnets.co.uk if you believe your item is faulty.
